Ngoc joined KBZ MS Myanmar as Head of HR in October 2018 from Aviva Life Insurance Vietnam where she held the role of HR Director and Chief Affinity Officer for more than 7 years.
Prior to that, Ngoc has worked for Vietcombank Cardif Life Insurance and Prevoir Vietnam Life Insurance in Hanoi, Vietnam holding the role of Human Resource Director. Ngoc has more than 14 years of HR management experience specifically in life insurance industry plus 11 years in investment, services and architecture industries. Shubha currently leads the Human Resources function for Jardine Schindler Group since July 2020, a joint venture between Jardine Matheson and Schindler Group. The role is based out of Hong Kong, spans 12 countries and represents a diverse workforce within the enigmatic region of South East Asia.
She has an overall experience of 25 years within Human Resources arena. She has worked with Schindler in India since 1999 when they started their green field operations. She was promoted as the Head – Human Resources in 2004. Over the last 16 years of leading the people agenda at Schindler in India she was instrumental in working closely with the leadership team to establish Schindler India as a market leader in its domain.
